Peter joined Ellis-Fermor and Negus as our HR Manager in August 2026. He works with staff and managers on all aspects of HR including recruitment and retention, wellbeing, absence management, policy development and administration.
Peter has worked in a variety of sectors including Higher Education, Retail, Pharmaceuticals and Management Consultancy. Prior to joining Ellis-Fermor & Negus, Peter worked in senior HR roles at the University of Nottingham for 20 years.
Peter is married with three adult children and is church warden at St Nic’s, Nottingham. He enjoys walking in the Peak District and in the Mourne Mountains.
