This year marks the 22nd year of Baby Loss Awareness Week in the UK – a week for everyone in the baby loss community and beyond to come together to remember and commemorate our much-loved and missed babies.
Ellis-Fermor and Negus’ Charity of the Year, Forever Stars, are marking Baby Loss Awareness Week 2024 with some wonderful events throughout the week 9th-15th October. Their team has worked very hard behind the scenes to bring together a timetable of joyous occasions such as a comedy evening, a quiz night, a charity football match and a cake sale. They will also be hosting a sibling’s workshop and a grandparent’s day.
The biggest challenge will be the 26-mile walk many will be undertaking on Friday 11th October to fundraise for the charity. The route will take walkers from The Harrington Arms in Sawley to the Boat and Horses pub in Beeston. Anyone who wishes to join the walk can take part in a few miles or the entire route to show your support for Baby Loss Awareness Week.
