Congratulations to Shauna Partridge, part of our commercial property team, who has recently qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is now a Chartered Legal Executive.
Shauna joined Ellis-Fermor & Negus in July 2012 after completing a law degree at the University of Nottingham. Shauna soon began her training with CILEx and passed her exams in January 2015 and June 2015 and has spent the last three years gaining the required experience for qualification.
Shauna’s work involves acting for investors based in the East Midlands and across England and Wales who are seeking to acquire buy-to-let properties, as well as handling residential lease extensions and commercial property sales and acquisitions.
