We are pleased to welcome residential conveyancing specialist, Kim Favill, who joined our Belper office on 4th January.
Kim was at PBS Solicitors in Belper (previously Pyms), but before that worked with Derby firms, Nelsons and Flint Bishop.

Kim brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, and the head of our conveyancing team in Belper, Richard Whiteley, says ‘Kim has a great style – she is a perfect fit for our client-focussed, dedicated conveyancing service.’
Kim’s arrival will allow Richard to concentrate more on commercial property transactions. Simon Hale, Director in charge of Commercial Conveyancing, commented ‘There are fewer providers north of Derby for businesses requiring commercial property advice. Property owners, developers and businesses in places like Alfreton, Ashbourne, Ripley, Matlock, and – of course – Belper, can end up having to travel to Derby or Sheffield. We felt it was a good time to address this issue, and Kim’s arrival here will help Richard focus on providing this service.
