Congratulations to Miriam Lowry on qualifying today as a Solicitor!
Miriam has completed a Training Contract here at Ellis-Fermor & Negus and over the past two years has gained experience in a variety of areas working directly with our experienced Solicitors.
Miriam has joined the Commercial Property team at our Beeston office and can advise on a range of commercial property matters including drafting commercial leases for landlords and tenants, advising on assigning and subletting leases, land development, and buying and selling commercial property.
Miriam has worked on a broad range of commercial matters during her training. She particularly enjoyed negotiating the terms of a major lease for a client project converting an underground car park into an exhibition centre. Miriam has also assisted clients with their property development projects including gyms, retail spaces, food outlets and notably one of her favourite coffee shops!
Miriam says: ‘I am excited to begin my career as a qualified Solicitor after many years of training! I have enjoyed working with the team of experienced Solicitors here at Ellis-Fermor & Negus and I am looking forward to developing my expertise in Commercial Property. My priority is to work alongside my clients, helping them to achieve their objectives and enabling their businesses to thrive.’
