Murray Macnab, Associate Partner with East Midlands based Ellis-Fermor & Negus solicitors, was recently awarded a Fellowship with the Institute of Directors. Many of you will know him as the former Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Branch Chairman.
Murray commented “I was not expecting the election and I feel very honoured to be chosen. The IoD has been great to be involved in over the years, as Branch Secretary, Committee member and Branch Chairman. It has a unique focus on business leaders as individuals and as such has a powerful business voice as well as a much valued Board-level developmental offering”.
Murray continues to be actively involved in the IoD as Branch Vice-Chairman to support the current Chairman. The rest of his time is spent providing legal advice to businesses and business people on strategic decisions for growth – including Corporate Finance and Technology related work.
