About Sara
Sara Lockton is a Conveyancer in the Residential Property team at our Beeston office
Sara began her career in law in 1994 working as a legal PA/Secretary. During this time, she gained experience in many different areas of law including Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, Employment and Family law. Sara then went on to study for CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law in 2001.
Having previously undertaken Residential Conveyancing work, she moved back into Conveyancing full time in 2019. Since then, Sara has managed her own case load and has assisted in training junior members of staff. Sara’s main areas of work include; sales and purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let, right-to-buy and new build properties.
