Ellis-Fermor & Negus are very happy to welcome Lauren West, a new addition to the Residential Property team. Lauren will be based at the West Bridgford office.
Lauren is a Residential Conveyancer with over 10 years’ experience working in both Private Client Services and Residential Conveyancing. Since graduating from University in 2013, Lauren was originally based in the thriving City of Lincoln initially working in the Private Client sector and then moving into her Conveyancing role over 5 years ago.
Lauren has fostered a diverse set of skills and contacts whilst working in the property industry which enables her to assist clients with sales, purchases, new builds, leaseholds, shared ownerships, remortgages, transfers, assent and first registrations.
Understanding the ever-changing industry, Lauren enjoys staying up to date with the latest property trends, legislation and continuing to advance her knowledge in this field. She enjoys finding practical solutions for clients and providing clear advice to them during their matter. Lauren is committed to the highest level of client care, and this is very important to her.
Lauren is enthusiastic, hardworking, and resilient and enjoys the collaborative nature of conveyancing and working with many third parties to achieve a common goal. She still enjoys the final call to a client to tell them that they can collect their keys to their new property and hearing how excited they are!
