Joanne started her career in law with a firm in Derby in 1989 and has worked in many different areas of law until becoming a Conveyancing Clerk in 2000. Joanne originally joined Ellis-Fermor & Negus in the Conveyancing department at Ripley in 2007 and then in 2011 joined the firm’s Belper office dealing with Wills & Probate matters.

Joanne has many years of experience in Conveyancing and is part of the Residential Conveyancing team at our Belper office. Joanne is able to assist with a wide range of Conveyancing matters including Sales and Purchases, Transfers of Property, Auctions, New-Build Properties, Retirement Homes and Investment Properties.

Joanne is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is currently studying to become a Fellow of the Institute.

Joanne is married with one son and enjoys solving mysteries in her spare time.
