Kate qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 after studying Law at the University of Derby and undertaking a Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Since qualification, Kate has worked primarily in Residential Conveyancing.

Kate has worked as a Residential Conveyancer for over 10 years and joined Ellis-Fermor & Negus in October 2024. Kate enjoys the challenge of this fast-paced area of law, helping people through the conveyancing process.

Kate is married and in her spare time, she enjoys going to Zumba, reading and being with family and friends.
