We are pleased to officially welcome Kim Kirk to Ellis-Fermor & Negus Solicitors. Kim joins the Wills and Probate team based at our Belper office to offer advice on wills and estate planning for individuals in and around Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
About Kim Kirk
Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012, Kim studied law in Sheffield and completed her Legal Practice Course in Nottingham. Having begun her career in Derby, prior to joining Ellis-Fermor & Negus Solicitors, Kim spent 3 years at a leading law firm in the East Midlands.
Kim has high levels of experience in advising clients on wills, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney which includes the preparation of wills and handling of estates. Kim takes a practical approach and effectively explains legal processes to individuals.
As Ellis-Fermor & Negus continues to expand in the local area and wider region, we are delighted to have Kim join Grace Steele and Jo Fletcher at our newest office in Belper. Kim will be integral to growing the services we offer and will increase the number of Private Client lawyers within the firm to a total of ten.
